Manual Therapies
Juliet uses a range of manual therapies, including massage, myofascial release, passive joint mobilisations, spinal mobilisations, and stretching. Thermotherapy (heat and cold) can be used when needed.

These therapies target various tissue dysfunctions, improving muscular health, increasing blood and lymphatic flow, and decreasing pain. This results in improved gait quality and reduced injury risk.

Remedial Exercises
A range of movement types, surfaces, and exercises are essential in the creation of an athletically capable and strong horse. A wide variety of remedial exercises are recommended for use in training routines. These can include pole work, hill work, lateral work, and lunging. Juliet provides guidance on how to set up and perform exercises, the duration of sessions, how to incorporate different surfaces, and how to get creative with training your horse in-hand and ridden.
